 First step

  • Half kg of Boneless meat (thigh or leg meat is preferable)

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour
  • Oil for frying

First step

  • In a pressure cooker, add all the first-step ingredients and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the meat tenders, dry all the access water in it.

Second Step

  • In tenderized meat, add all second-step ingredients excluding oil, and mix it well.
