Ingredients

For Kabab

  • Half kg Beef Mince ( without fat )
  • 2 medium-sized Fried onion
  • 2 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves ( finely chopped )
  • 3 Tablespoons gram flour (dry roasted)
  • 2 black cardamom 
  • 3 green cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds ( Roasted )
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds (Roasted )
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • 20 Whole Red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Grevy

  • 1 small-sized onion (cut into four pieces)
  • 4 tomatoes ( cut into four pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup of cooking oil
  • Half  teaspoon of red chili powder
  • Half  teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Half  teaspoon of salt
  • Half  teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 piece of coal for smoke

Step-by-step guidelines for making Dum Kabab masala recipe

Prepare masala mix

Firstly, add onions, mince, fried onion, and ginger garlic into the chopper and choppered it well, add half of the dry masala we prepared above, salt, roasted gram flour, Mint leaves, and mix them well, now make a kabab with the help of skewers or pencil, and set aside.
