Seekh Kebab Masala Recipe

First of all, dry roast and crush all these spice

-Take half kg of beef mince

-Two cooked onions & two raw onion

- Chickpea flour, Spice, Mint, Garlic ginger paste & Salt. Mix all ingredients.

Shape the beef kebabs & set them aside.

For the gravy,take a little oil in a pan. Add 1 onion, 4-5 tomatoes, Sauté them until soft.

Grind the sautéed mixture to make a smooth paste.

Now, take of oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste & blended gravy.  Add all spices. Add 1 cup of water. Add kebabs,cover & cook for 5-6 minutes. Cook until oil separates.

Serve the kebabs hot.
