Beef Chatkhara Boti
For Chatkhara boti,take 500g boneless beef, cut into small pieces
Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes or until the beef is tender.
Cook until the excess water dries up, let the beef cool, then add the remaining ingredients.
Add 2 pinches of food color, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp chaat masala, chili flakes, paprika powder, salt, and 3 tbsp cornflour. Mix well.
Fry until golden and crisp.
