1/2 kg Lady Finger
2 Onions
3 Tomatoes
5 Green Chilli
Half Lemon
8 -9 Garlic Cloves
Wash & Dry Lady Finger
spices:
salt 1 tsp, red chilli 1/2 tsp, turmeric 1/2 tsp, crushed coriander 1 TBSP, and crushed cumin 1 tsp.
Cut the ladyfinger into 1-inch pieces
and dice all other ingredients accordingly.
Heat ½ cup of oil in a pan, then add the sliced ladyfinger, 1 tsp of salt, and the juice of ½ lemon. Cook for 2 minutes then add onions to the pan and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove the ladyfinger from the pan and place it in a bowl
Next,add ¼ cup of oil to the pan along with the chopped garlic and tomatoes. add all the spices. Mix well with the lid on.
Once the tomatoes are mixed in, add the cooked ladyfinger from the bowl.
