Masala Kaleji Recipe

Marinate 500g mutton liver with 5 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp garlic paste for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, wash the mutton liver thoroughly with water

Add  5 TBSP yogurt, 1TBSP ginger garlic paste,1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp of red chili , 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of tikka masala, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1 large cardamom, 1 bay leaf, and 1 tsp of turmeric.

Prepare a masala with the following ingredients and add the marinated kaleji to it.

 When the kaleji is done, add one teaspoon salt and half teaspoon garam masala powder.
