Qeema bhare Karelay

ingredients:

Karelay(Bitter gourd) 1 kg Onions 4-5 tomatoes 4-5 green chilli 4-5 ginger galic 1 TBSP lemon 1

Beef Mince 1kg

Salt 1.5 tsp, Red chilli flakes 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Coriander crushed 1TBSP, Cumin crushes 1tsp

Peel & Deseed Bitter Gourd & squeeze lemon juice and add 1TBS of salt to it Nd let it rest for 1 hr.

Chop onions,tomatoes and chilli like this & make ginger garlic paste

Add ginger garlic paste & mince in a pan  and cover & cook until water dries up

Mixture preparation

Add onions,chilli, tomatoes & all spices and cook until oil separates.

Take out half of the mixture for filling the bitter gourd, ensuring the oil remains in the pan

Fill & tie all bitter gourd

Shallow fry the filled bitter gourd in a cup of oil until cooked on all side.

Cover and steam the bitter gourd in the mixture for 5 to 6 minutes and enjoy!
