Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond (Soaked Overnight and peeled it)

  • 1 tablespoon Melon seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Cashew nuts
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Water (as required)

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and add ⅓ cup of water blend it and make a fine paste paste of it.
  • when a fine paste is ready then add more water and ice cubes and again blend it.
  • Last, pour into a glass sprinkle some dry fruit powder (optional) and enjoy it.

Tips for making Perfect Thandai

 1. Make sure to put almonds in water overnight, but do not take them off in the water for as well long or they might taste sharp.

2.  It’s exceptionally vital to clean the poppy seeds well. Make sure you are doing it accurately. Wash at least 2 to 3 times.

Store in an airtight jar for a week. when you want to make it add 2 tablespoons of powder in a glass add water and an ice cube shake it and enjoy it.
