Ingredients:

     First marination:

  • 1kg boneless chicken (2-inch square pieces)
  • ½ cup of vinegar 
  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of crushed red chilli
  • 1 pinch of red food colour
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed coriander
  • 2 pinch of carom seed
  • 1 pinch of metha soda
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Half a teaspoon of chicken powder
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of cornflour
  • 1 cup of gram flour
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green chillies
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup of water
  • oil for fry

Preparation:

  1. To start with, we Marinate the chicken with vinegar, water, and salt for 15 minutes and arrange of all the get to water.

2. Incorporate ginger garlic paste, salt, ruddy chili powder, turmeric powder, smashed ruddy chili, nourishment color, chicken powder, cumin powder, smashed coriander powder, lemon juice, yogurt, oil, and carom seeds into the chicken and blend.

  • Fry it on a medium flame for 10 minutes do not over-fry otherwise it becomes hard,  do not fry on a high flame otherwise, it will burn.
